Responsibilities

• Educate students in accordance with Aveda Institute standards.
• Evaluate students’ technical performance and progress.
• Provide coaching in the moment to elevate students’ skills and professionalism.
• Facilitate classroom education, including collaborative learning.
• Meet benchmarks for SPST and RPST performance metrics.
