Job summary

Southern Careers Institute in Texas is seeking an Esthetics / Esthetician Instructor to join our team. You will provide hands-on training and mentoring to students, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in the beauty industry.

No teaching experience is required and SCI will provide all tools and training. The ideal candidate holds a current Texas Esthetician license and 4+ years of esthetics experience, with a passion for mentoring and education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current TEXAS ESTHETICIAN LICENSE.
• 4+ years of esthetics industry experience.
• No teaching experience required; SCI provides tools and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic lectures and labs on esthetics topics.
• Plan engaging classroom activities applying real-world scenarios.
• Provide assessment of student learning and adjust instructional strategies.
• Contribute to curriculum development with instructors and industry professionals.
• Maintain attendance and grade records for students.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and licensure standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
