Paul Mitchell The School Toledo in Sylvania, OH is seeking a passionate full-time Cosmetology Educator to inspire, mentor, and lead the next generation of beauty professionals. You will teach essential cosmetology techniques, provide hands-on instruction, and guide students toward success on the state board exams, helping them become confident, capable professionals.

Schedule varies with classes from mornings to evenings to accommodate student needs, with a supportive, collaborative classroom

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio Instructor's License.
• Experience teaching cosmetology preferred.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.

WHAT YOUR DAY AS A COSMETOLOGY EDUCATOR IS LIKE

Your schedule will vary based on availability, with classes running:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

When you join our school as a Cosmetology Educator, you walk into the classroom each day ready to inspire. As you guide students through essential cosmetology techniques, you bring concepts to life through hands‑on instruction and real‑world insights. Throughout your shift, you provide personalized feedback that helps each student refine their skills, balancing both the artistic and technical sides of the craft. At the same time, you're preparing them for their state board exam, ensuring they leave confident, capable, and ready to launch their careers in the beauty industry.
