Responsibilities :

Be an expert in our service list and educate guests on the process and frequency of waxing.

Analyze a guest's needs and make recommendations from our Full Line of Body and Brow products.

Educate guests on savings opportunities through our Wax Passes options.

Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive and upbeat work environment.

Maintain and exceed center and individual sales metrics and goals.

Qualifications :

Esthetics or Cosmetology License

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Capability to do all types of body waxing.

A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills

Ability to work with a diverse group of team members

Professional appearance at all times.

Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Prioritize guest service and satisfaction by building a rapport with guests

Sales experience is preferred.
