Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a results-driven Esthetician to deliver customized skin care consultations and design treatment plans. You will perform esthetic services, educate clients on at-home care, and act as a skin health expert while driving studio success.

You will showcase expertise in skin health technologies, recommend retail products, and collaborate with team on memberships and community outreach to grow the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Esthetician license in applicable state required.
• Cryoskin and Hydrafacial certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of professional esthetician experience.
• Strong client care and skin health focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultations and design treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Perform high-quality facials, body treatments, and esthetic services with professionalism and care.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Demonstrate expertise in skin health products and technologies, including Cryoskin and Hydrafacial.
• Recommend retail products and cross-sell Restore therapies to extend benefits beyond the studio.
• Support studio operations including tours, member check-ins, and POS transactions.
• Contribute to community outreach, promotions, and membership growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client treatments and progress.
• Ensure all esthetic services follow safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Model professionalism and uphold Restore’s mission, values, and culture.
