Paul Mitchell The School Overland Park is seeking to hire an Esthetics Instructor to join our team. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will inspire and teach skincare to our future professionals.

A Day in the Life

As an Esthetics Instructor, you will take pride in your students and strive to create exceptional learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education, mini classes, and learning centers. You will teach students about healthy skin science, hands-on professional techniques, skincare innovations, and technologies. Topics include skin analysis, ingredient technology, facial & body waxing, makeup artistry, prescriptive retailing, and preparing students for careers as Estheticians. Additionally, you will teach business and guest service skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Kansas Instructor License and relevant education.
• Previous experience as an Esthetics Instructor in a school setting (preferred).

Compensation will be based on experience and licensure, to be discussed during the interview. The field is required on the job post.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From $17.00 per hour
