Job summary

Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa is seeking an MA-licensed esthetician to deliver exceptional facials and body treatments. The role emphasizes guest service, communication, and teamwork within a welcoming spa environment.

The position is commission-based, with opportunities to grow through Miraval’s wellness programs and training. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience as an esthetician, a MA license (licensing support available for CT/VT/NY applicants), and a passion for wellness

An esthetician must exude the following qualities: excellent communication and guest service skills, confident technical provider, time management awareness, exceptional team player, organizational skills and tidiness. An esthetician is responsible for delivery of exceptional facials and body treatments. Must have exceptional guest service skills. This position will undergo an extensive training module to understand the many modalities that Miraval offers. Must be a MA current licensed Esthetician. Will consider covering the cost of obtaining a MA Esthetician license if currently licensed in CT, VT or NY.

This position is compensated solely through commission and does not include an hourly wage.
