Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking an On-Call Esthetician to provide professional skincare and spa services to guests, supporting the spa team during peak periods and events with high-quality facial treatments and exceptional guest service that reflects the resort’s luxury hospitality standards.

You will perform facials, exfoliation, skin analysis; recommend products; maintain cleanliness and safety; promote spa retail; prepare rooms; maintain client records; and respond to on-call

Qualifications

• Previous spa or resort experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Position Summary

This position supports the spa team during peak periods, high occupancy, and special events by delivering high-quality facial treatments and exceptional guest service that reflects the resort’s luxury hospitality standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
