IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Must be available for the Bootcamp training (Monday 12th May - Friday 23rd May). Must be able to work the schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday (10:30am-7pm).

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service skills.
- Practice utmost professionalism and embrace company standards at all times.
- Exhibit articulate and positive communication with clients and team members, contributing to a healthy employee culture and luxury brand reputation.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals, understand strategic sales tactics, and educate clients about the FaceGym brand.
- Maintain clean and presentable work stations, practicing proper sanitization methods and genuine care of tools and high-end equipment.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness during workouts, and handle client concerns tactfully.
- Show self-marketing skills through word-of-mouth, event participation, social media, and strive to grow both personal and studio business.
- Implement retail and merchandising practices to achieve sales goals by sharing technical knowledge and educational information with clients and co-workers.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the US and hold a valid New York Esthetician License.
- Must be flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, including evenings and rotating holidays, with at least four (4) weekend shifts per month.
- Must be able to effectively deliver all menu services and workouts after completing FaceGym bootcamp training.
- Must be able to stand for at least 3 hours during workouts and demonstrate safe body mechanics and self-care techniques.
- Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to work commitments.
- Willing to support across all locations when necessary to support and drive the business.

Pay Structure:
- Paid according to the higher of hourly or commission earnings: hourly at $20/hour or 18% commission on services.
- $40/hour event pay.
- Retail commissions: 25% on skincare and tools, 10% on EMS and electric tools, 5% on third-party products.
