Join Our Team as an Esthetician - Full Time - SouthPark Mall at Belk

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to provide professional skin care services, including facials, hair removal, and body treatments, at our high-traffic mall location. This position reports to the Salon Manager and is nonexempt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed personal service and retail sales goals
• Greet clients promptly and build a client base through requests and customer cards
• Deliver quality services using technical skills and recommend retail products
• Respond professionally to customer issues and complaints
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to salon dress code
• Ensure the work area complies with State Board Regulations and perform basic housekeeping duties
• Communicate effectively with management about needs and issues

Qualifications:

• Valid and current board-certified license
• 2-5 years of experience in cosmetology or related industry preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and related equipment
• Work with chemicals and lift up to 25 pounds
