Job Description: Esthetician and Front Desk Associate at The Body Bar

The Body Bar is a full-service massage, day spa, UV tanning, and fitness facility located in the Town of McCandless on McKnight Road in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. We are seeking a high-energy, positive, responsible, and customer service-oriented individual with a friendly personality to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service to our clientele.

Qualifications:

• Computer literate with strong verbal skills and phone manners
• Ability to multi-task

Work Hours:

• Availability for 36-40 hours per week
• Afternoon/evening shifts Monday to Thursday until 8 pm
• Daylight shifts on Friday until 5 pm and Saturday until 4:30 pm

We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays. Reliable transportation is required. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as vacation and holiday pay.

Compensation:

Hourly wage plus generous commissions on esthetic services, products, and membership sales.

Esthetician Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in:
• Body waxing, including Brazilian waxing
• Facials, peels, and microdermabrasion
• Body treatments, including scrubs and mud wraps
• Airbrush tanning
• Lash lifts and tinting
• Brow lamination and tinting
• Experience with Hydrafacial, Neveskin, Cryoskin, and Microchanneling is a plus

Front Desk Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with check-in and check-out
• Professionally greeting and touring customers
