Job summary

Inspire Lash Bar in California seeks a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist to join our team. A lash artist applies semi-permanent eyelash extensions, performs lash lifts and tints, and delivers client consultations while ensuring precise, safe application and strict sanitation.

You will introduce clients to a variety of eyelash products and services, work with them to achieve beauty goals, and drive retail and service sales in a friendly, energetic salon environment.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician’s license required.
• Experience as an esthetician preferred.
• Deep knowledge of skin and lash care techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong ethics.
• Lash artist experience 1–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on eyelash care options and best practices.
• Greet clients warmly and build rapport.
• Maintain an organized schedule including appointments.
• Ensure equipment and treatment areas meet safety standards.

A lash artist applies semi‑permanent eyelash extensions, performs lash lifts and tints, and delivers client consultations in a salon. They ensure precise, safe application while maintaining strict sanitation protocols and driving retail and service sales.

As an esthetician/cosmetologist, you will introduce clients to a variety of eyelash products and services and work with them to achieve your beauty goals. Eyelash extension, Korean lash lift, Eyebrow threading, eyebrow waxing. Clients will rely on you for eyelash care product and recommendations.
