Job summary

INSPIRE LASH BAR in California is seeking a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist to join our team. A lash artist applies semi‑permanent eyelash extensions, performs lash lifts and tints, and delivers client consultations in a salon.

You will introduce clients to eyelash products and services and work with them to achieve beauty goals, including eyelash extensions, Korean lash lift, eyebrow threading, and waxing. Clients rely on you for lash care product recommendations and guidance.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license required.
• Proven experience as an esthetician preferred.
• Deep understanding of skin and lash care techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; high ethics.
• Lash artist experience 1–3 years.
