Job Description

We are seeking a professional Esthetician to join the Bare Skin & Wax family — a luxury boutique waxing salon and medspa that blends luxury, comfort, and impeccable service.

We are looking for that ONE SPECIAL esthetician to join us. You must meet the following criteria (no exceptions):

Responsibilities & Criteria

• 2-3 years of waxing experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of eyebrow shaping, laminations, and eyelash lifting.
• Business savvy; ability to retain and rebook all clients.
• Proficient in selling products and service recommendations.
• Social media savvy; consistently educate and engage with our community.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license.
• Proven experience as an esthetician (preferred).
• Experience in face and body waxing.
• Deep understanding of skin care techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of ethics.

Job Details

• Job type: Part-time.
• Schedule: 8‑hour shifts; day shift; weekdays and weekends.
• Pay type: Commission pay and tips.
• Location: Trumbull, CT 06611; work in person.
• Relocation required to Trumbull, CT 06611 before starting work.
