Job Description

Skin Bar Buffalo is looking for an experienced, motivated esthetician to join our growing studio. We specialize in customized, results-driven skincare that blends holistic techniques with professional and medical-grade treatments. We also offer full body waxing, lash enhancements, and full body red light therapy with heated infrared.

This opportunity is ideal for an esthetician who is already established in the industry, has an existing or developing clientele, and is looking for a beautiful, professional space to continue growing their business and career.

About Skin Bar Buffalo

Skin Bar Buffalo is a boutique skincare and wellness studio specializing in customized facials, dermaplaning, professional peels, enzyme treatments, full-body waxing, lash services, LED/red-light recovery, and holistic skin and wellness services. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, elevated environment where both our clients and our providers feel comfortable, supported, and able to grow.

What We're Looking For

• Current New York State Esthetics License
• Minimum 2 years of licensed, hands-on experience
• Dermaplaning certification required
• An existing clientele or established client base is strongly preferred
• Confident performing customized facial treatments and consultations
• Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and client-focused
• Comfortable recommending home care and building long-term client relationships
• Interested in actively growing and retaining their own clientele

Experience with advanced skincare services, peels, waxing, lash services, lymphatic techniques, facial massage, or other complementary modalities is a plus but not required.

We are also open to estheticians who specialize in additional services or modalities not currently offered at Skin Bar. If you have an established specialty and clientele who would benefit from joining our space, we'd love to hear more about what you do!

Compensation & Opportunity

We are currently open to two different arrangements depending on the right candidate:

Commission-Based Position:

Compensation is commission-based and will vary depending on services performed, experience, certifications, and clientele.

Independent Room Rental:

For established professionals who prefer to operate independently, a rental arrangement may also be available. Rental terms will be discussed based on schedule, space needs, services offered, and other factors.

Both options will be discussed during the interview process so we can determine which arrangement makes the most sense for both the provider and Skin Bar Buffalo.
