Job summary

Burke Williams Spa in Torrance is seeking a licensed esthetician for a part-time role delivering facial treatments and waxing services. You will create personalized skin care sessions, set up and clean rooms between appointments, and engage clients to understand their needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience as an Esthetician.
• Licensed CA Esthetician (Barbering & Cosmetology – Esthetician).
• Experience with facial and waxing modalities preferred.
• Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized skin care treatment in a 35-95 min session.
• Set up and clean room between appointments.
• Listen to and deliver upon client requests.
• Offer self-care tips upon completion of session.
• Commit to weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable performing Brazilian/Bikini waxing.
• Provide facial and waxing services with professionalism.

What we expect:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Create a personalized skin care treatment in a 35-95 min session
• Recommend enhancement services and special offers
• Set up and clean room between appointments
• Listen to and deliver upon client requests
• Offer self-care tips upon completion of session
• Commit to weekends and holidays
• Comfortable performing Brazilian/Bikini waxing
• Previous facial & waxing experience strongly preferred

Who you are:

• You’re passionate about improving the wellness of each guest
• You’re an expert in providing multiple facial and waxing modalities
• You’re committed to high standards
• You’re licensed with a current and valid California state board license CA Barbering & Cosmetology – (Z) Esthetician
• Your goal is to be part of an exceptional team of experience makers
• You have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience as an Esthetician
• Must be able to work the following days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay $26.90-$55.35 per service based on type and length, before tips and upgrades
