• Deliver customized facials, peels, and skincare treatments with care and precision.
• Educate clients on their skin, their aftercare, and realistic expectations for their journey.
• Support the team during busy periods — from room setup to client flow to keeping the space immaculate.
• Stay curious: attend trainings, follow global skincare developments, and bring that knowledge back to the team.
• Share ideas that improve the client experience, because good ideas come from everyone.
