How You Will Make a Difference

• Deliver exceptional, customized skincare treatments using Skin Authority’s proven protocols and products to achieve guests’ wellness goals.
• Create tailored treatment and home-care plans for lasting skin health, radiance, and confidence.
• Educate guests on professional products, packages, and add-ons to drive retail and service success.
• Perform and promote advanced add-on services to elevate every session with luxury and efficacy.
• Build rapport through consultations and visits to foster loyalty, rebooking, and long‑term relationships.
• Maintain spotless, professional treatment spaces and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Handle guest questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism for outstanding experiences every time.
