Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a Licensed Skincare Therapist to elevate guests’ wellness journeys with personalized facial experiences and advanced therapies.

Join a sanctuary focused on nurturing guests and teammates through professional skincare, safety, and a supportive growth environment; flexible scheduling and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform skincare services.
• Active liability insurance for skincare therapy is required.
• Pass background checks.
• Capable of performing full-body 50-minute facial services.
• A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care.
• Excellent at guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Customize facial experiences for each guest.
• Perform service enhancements using Microdermabrasion, LED Therapy, Nano needling, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy.
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of skin care therapy.
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
• Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated – every time they visit.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6–8-hour shifts

• 25 hours a week is required
