Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Skin Expert to deliver exceptional skincare services, build client relationships, and drive sales of FACE FOUNDRIÉ products. This role combines technical treatment skills with customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will perform facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, and tinting, while ensuring safety and sanitation standards. High school diploma and California esthetician license are required.

Qualifications

• Esthetician license required.
• Licensed in California esthetics.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, waxing and tinting.
• Able to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting.
• Use the appointment system to book return services.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures; ensure board compliance.
• Create and maintain partnerships with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and service quality.
• Notify of supply needs with Salon Manager to keep items on hand.
• Assist in in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Job Description:

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.

• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.

• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate.

• Use an appointment book or system to book for return services.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.

• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.

• Assist in all in store operational processes.

• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Esthetician License

• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.

• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.

• Developed communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Pay: $20-$23 per hour based on experience + gratuities + commission

License: Active California Esthetician (Required)
