Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert in El Dorado Hills, CA to deliver facial services and customer care while meeting sales targets. The role requires a Cosmetology or Esthetician license and comfort with product recommendations and memberships. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing and eyelash extensions is desirable. We offer competitive pay with tips/merchandise incentives and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting.
• Book for return services and manage appointment book/system.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures; ensure board compliance.
• Create and maintain a partnership with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork.
• Work with Salon Manager to notify supply needs and maintain stock.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes and ensure store standards.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Job Description

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Cosmetology / Esthetics license/ Advanced Practice License
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Experience in Eyelash Extension application is preferred.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• New Esti- $16.90 per hour + 10% on Merchandise sales and $20 for every membership sold
