JOB TITLE: Esthetician

DEPARTMENT: Well Spa

Purpose of Position

To provide the highest standards of esthetics, relaxation treatments, and home care recommendations, ensuring excellent client care and creating a relaxing environment for guests, leading to high retention, increased treatment, and retail sales.

Essential Functions

1. Provide high-quality treatments and professional services.
2. Work as part of the Well Spa team to deliver exceptional treatments, creating a nurturing, safe environment for relaxation and well-being.
3. Manage time effectively to begin and end treatments on schedule.
4. Maintain a clean, safe spa environment adhering to sanitation standards.
5. Re-stock rooms with linens, products, and prepare for the next day.
6. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
7. Collaborate with staff and attend monthly meetings.
8. Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality.
9. Keep records for each guest to meet performance standards.
10. Recommend and sell products accurately and efficiently.
11. Attend product and service training sessions.
12. Maintain a professional appearance.
13. Perform opening and closing procedures as directed.
14. Keep treatment rooms tidy and assist with housekeeping duties.
15. Manage inventory levels.
16. Complete prescription cards for product recommendations and encourage repeat visits.
17. Strive to match 50% service to product sales per transaction.
18. Ensure room turnover and setup are completed timely.

Position Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Current Esthiology or Cosmetology license in Wisconsin.
3. Minimum of 2 years experience in skincare.
