Job summary

Heyday Skincare - Kirkland is seeking a licensed esthetician to deliver fully personalized facials at our Kirkland studio. You will listen to client concerns, assess skin conditions, and educate clients on product and enhancement options to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.

You will conduct comprehensive skin analyses, provide homecare guidance, and ensure client satisfaction with a warm, hospitality-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetics license required.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional schedule including weekends and shifts.

The Ideal Candidate

• A valid Esthetics license
• A passion for our brand and the way we are changing the skincare industry
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, opening shifts, and closing shifts
• Experience with Peels
• Advanced facial massage techniques
• Experience with electrical modalities (high frequency, LED, microcurrent)

As a Heyday Esthetician, you will provide fully personalized facials to every client who walks through our door. You will listen to their concerns, look for skin conditions, and educate them on product and enhancement options, delivering an unparalleled client experience.

• Customized Facials: Provide customized and personalized facials to Heyday clientele, ensuring each treatment meets their unique needs.
• Comprehensive Skin Analysis: Conduct a thorough skin analysis for each client to understand their current skin condition and anticipate future needs.
• Client Education: Educate clients on their homecare routines and offer personalized recommendations for maintaining healthy skin.
• Client-Centric Service: Listen attentively to each client to create a unique and memorable experience rooted in genuine hospitality.
