Job summary

Heyday Skincare is seeking a Skin Therapist to deliver fully personalized facials and expert skin analyses in a client‑first setting. You will listen to concerns, assess skin, and guide clients through product and treatment options to optimize results.

You will educate clients on homecare routines, recommend enhancements, and ensure an outstanding spa experience with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetics license required.
• Advanced Certification for Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Microneedling required.
• 1–2 years of facial experience preferred.
• Passion for skincare and client service essential.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, openings and closings.
• Strong knowledge of advanced facial massage techniques.
• Experience with electrical modalities (high frequency, LED, microcurrent) preferred.

The Ideal Candidate

• A valid Esthetics license
