Job Summary

Icebox Cryotherapy Studio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Esthetician for a part-time position at our Icebox Cryotherapy Cumming location. This role involves exemplifying Icebox's customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional experience through results-driven skin treatments.

Responsibilities

1. Perform client consultations for skin and body treatments.
2. Administer a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, such as CryoFacials, Cryotherma, chemical peels, and other non-surgical treatments tailored to individual client needs.
3. Offer expert advice on skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle modifications, to maintain and enhance treatment results.
4. Utilize equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to Icebox protocols and safety guidelines.
5. Be dependable, responsible, and punctual.
6. Maintain a courteous and professional manner and appearance.
7. Collaborate with the Head Esthetician and Trainer to develop and R&D new products and protocols.
8. Conduct post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.
9. Enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
11. Build a book of business proactively.
12. Assist Wellness Coordinators with daily studio activities when not with clients.

Qualifications

• State Licensed Esthetician
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing licensed esthetician
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Self-starter with a passion for learning
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for evenings and weekends; closed on major holidays
