Job summary

Givens Communities is seeking a PRN Esthetician to join our Salon and Spa, serving residents with quality skincare and wellness services. You will manage booth use for private clientele and collaborate with staff to deliver personalized care in a respectful, compassionate environment.

Ideal candidates hold an NC State Board Esthetician license and have 2–5 years of experience, with a focus on client satisfaction and staying current with industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician with NC State Board license.
• 2–5 years' experience as an Esthetician.
• Strong skincare product knowledge and ability to tailor treatments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments according to resident needs.
• Provide quality skincare services and retail recommendations.
• Follow-up with residents to secure future bookings.
• Suggest changes to improve client skincare outcomes.

Givens Aldersgate is looking for a PRN Esthetician to join our Salon and Spa! This is an opportunity to provide quality wellness services to our residents while also utilizing our booths for your own private clientele. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing high-quality skincare services, and a desire to stay current with industry trends and techniques customizing services that will address the clients individual needs. A focus on client satisfaction, along with patience, professionalism, and the ability to build lasting relationships with our valued residents and staff, is essential.

What You'll Do

• Schedules appointments according to resident needs
• Provides quality service to meet individual resident needs through listening and making appropriate skincare recommendations and retail to clients
• Follow-up with residents after visits and secure future bookings
• Make recommendations for changes or procedures to improve the client's skin care needs
• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What You'll Need

• Valid and current NC State Board license
• 2-5 years' experience as an Esthetician
• Thorough understanding and working knowledge of skincare and related products
• Maintains client confidentiality

Compensation is $15.00 per hour plus commission
