Job summary

Elements Massage-South Carlsbad is seeking a part-time licensed esthetician to join our growing team. We want someone knowledgeable in skincare ingredients, with retail experience, and driven to build their client books while exceeding client expectations.

Compensation includes $16.90–$30/hour plus tips, plus monthly product and client retention bonuses, retail and service discounts, healthcare, and a 401K match. Extensive training is provided to support success.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid California Esthetician License
• A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a spa environment is a plus

Elements Massage-South Carlsbad is excited to bring on a new experienced part-time licensed estheticians to join our growing team. The goal is to create a welcoming work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to come to work each day.
