Job summary

milk + honey holdings, llc is seeking a skilled esthetician to deliver premium facials, waxing, and advanced skincare services in a luxurious spa environment in Austin, TX.

You will stay current on skincare lines, educate guests, and promote products while maintaining an impeccable, toxin-free treatment space. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

• Must complete all milk + honey approved courses regarding blood-borne pathogens and lancet protocols.

Esthetician Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Hours and Compensation:

• Estheticians work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• 10% commission on sold retail products.
• Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
• TEXAS: Treatment rates up to $82+, not including gratuity.
• CALIFORNIA: An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $42-$44, including tips. Out-of-service rate will be paid out at ($16.78, $17.28).
• ILLINOIS: An average hourly rate ranges between $42-$46 an hour.
