Job Description

The Field Executive Training Manager develops and delivers training to Field employees, focusing on brand products, artistry, and services to prepare them for effective brand education. They evaluate training effectiveness through certification processes, oversee training quality, and deliver advanced brand seminars to boost retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create quarterly training plans aligned with business goals and budgets.
  2. Teach skills such as product knowledge, artistry, and service techniques to Field Executives across all markets.
  3. Conduct meetings and on-the-job training to ensure effective delivery of brand content.
  4. Train Field Executives and Trainers on seminar content and delivery.
  5. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for development.
  6. Train new hires and improve existing skills of veteran employees.
  7. Assess training impact and incorporate learned skills into coaching and training.
  8. Stay updated on new training trends and tools.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Deep knowledge of product, artistry, and service areas
  • Ability to demonstrate skills taught
  • Strong observational and personal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic administrative and budget management skills
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated hourly range: $92,800 - $139,200, with eligibility for bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
