Trustpoint.One is partnering with a top-tier law firm to hire an Estates and Trust Administration Paralegal in Minneapolis with hybrid work options. The role supports the Private Client, Trusts and Estates Practice, assisting executors, trustees, and beneficiaries across estate administration tasks.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate, 3+ years’ experience, strong knowledge of trusts and estates, and proficiency with Excel, iManage, InTapp, and related tax

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required.
• 3+ years’ experience in trusts and estates administration.
• Strong discretion and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, iManage and InTapp.
• Familiarity with Minnesota probate procedures and court rules.
• Experience with tax return preparation systems and basic accounting.
• Ability to guide clients through e-signature processes.
• Knowledge of OneSource and Trustdesk tax return preparation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contact for personal representatives, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and accountants.
• Manage daily estate matters under moderate supervision.
• Coordinate probate of Wills and appointment of personal representatives; assist hearings with HotDocs.
• Assist in asset collection and documentation; liaise with appraisers and financial parties.
• Prepare and file federal/state estate and inheritance tax returns; assist fiduciary returns and distributions.
• Prepare federal gift tax returns and manage Crummey letters.
• Coordinate family office services for a customized client experience.
