Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the estate and trust administration team in Naples, Florida.

This full-time, onsite role supports high-net-worth estate matters, with emphasis on probate, trust settlement, and federal transfer tax filings. You will manage estate and trust administration through asset collection to final distributions, draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents, and assist with Form 706, 709, and 1041 tax returns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Florida estate and trust administration, including probate matters.
• Knowledge of probate, trust, and federal transfer tax processes.
• Familiarity with Florida e-filing systems and probate software.
• Paralegal certificate or formal legal training; a four-year degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions.
• Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings from multiple sources.
• Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing.
• Assist in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 706, 709, 1041).
• Coordinate deadlines, monitor case schedules, and support attorneys proactively.
• Maintain clear client communication and liaison between attorneys and families.
• Use legal and tax software platforms to streamline filings and documentation.
• Edit and proofread all work for accuracy and compliance with Florida and federal law.
