Job summary

Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is seeking a practical and reliable Estates team member to support campus operations. You will perform a range of estates tasks, keep buildings and grounds presentable, and respond flexibly to a fast-paced environment. A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are essential.

You will join a close-knit team in a role requiring proactive, hands-on maintenance, basic trades, and safety-focused work across campuses.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites to cover a shift system between 06:00 and 23:00.

Responsibilities

• Opening and securing college campuses.
• Carrying out basic repairs.
• Completion of planned preventive maintenance schedules.
• Setting up furniture as required.
• Removal of litter and waste daily.
• Supervision of contractors and visitors
