The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of estate/wealth planning paralegal experience within a law firm, with strong estate administration and experience preparing complex federal estate and gift tax returns.

• Experience with estate administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of estates and related matters.
• Prepare and assist with complex federal estate and gift tax returns.
• Support estate and wealth planning attorneys on high-net-worth client matters.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain estate-related documentation.
• Coordinate and track deadlines and tasks across matters.
• Conduct research on estate planning and administration projects.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, financial professionals, and others.
• Maintain understanding of applicable legal procedures and documentation.
• Work independently while managing multiple matters and priorities.
