- Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication with clients and attorneys.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys in trust and estate work.
- Assist with probate processes, including filing and tracking deadlines.
- Prepare trust and estate accountings, inventories, and related docs.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and letters.
- Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and professionals.
- Manage client files, scanning and e-filing documents.
- Ensure compliance with court rules and current laws.
