Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA or EA certification.
• 2–5+ years of public accounting tax experience with gift, estate, and fiduciary returns.
• Expertise in transfer tax and estate planning.
• Experience with flow-through entities and private foundations.

Responsibilities

• Review gift, estate and fiduciary tax returns.
• Mentor staff and ensure timely completion under firm processes.
• Interpret and review legal documents related to estate and business succession planning.
• Assist clients with varied levels of estate planning knowledge.
• Develop plans based on cash flow, distributions, and estate preservation.
