Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal experience or training preferred.
• Prior trust, estate or tax experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• 2-3 years work experience required to service high net worth clients.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office; ability to learn and apply new technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Settlement Officers, Managers, and the National Trust Settlement Director.
• Coordinate information with internal partners and external clients and vendors.
• Manage routine duties: account maintenance, money movement, file retrieval, mailing, and tracking settlement packets.
• Respond to verbal and written inquiries and participate in projects or research as needed.
• Serve as point of contact to clients and external partners as a backup for Settlement Officers.
