Job summary

Caring Transitions is seeking a hands-on Estate Sales & Auctions Team Member for the NE Denver, CO area (Northglenn, Thornton, Brighton, Ft. Lupton, and surrounding areas).

You will help with estate sales, online auctions, downsizing, and relocation projects by organizing, staging, photographing, researching, and preparing household items for resale. This role directly supports families during life transitions.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and handheld devices.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout the day.
• Ability to work in changing, cluttered, or dusty environments.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, pack, and prepare household items for resale, donation, or relocation.
• Stage, photograph, and describe items for online auctions and estate sales.
• Upload auction listings to the CTBids platform.
• Assist with estate sale setup, customer support, pickups, and checkout.
• Research and organize auction lots and resale items.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Work in client homes preparing items for liquidation and transition services
