Blue Moon Estate Sales is seeking energetic Estate Sale Team Members to help stage homes, price items, and assist customers during estate sales in Front Royal, VA. You will enjoy flexible part-time hours and work with a friendly local team dedicated to organized, welcoming sales.

The role involves staging, pricing, sales, and post-sale cleanup; no formal experience required as training is provided, with emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, staging, or customer service is preferred (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and availability Fridays through Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Stage and set up displays attractively for sale items.
• Assist with pricing and tagging a wide range of items.
• Greet shoppers, process sales, and help customers at checkout.
• Assist with packing, displays, and keeping the sale area tidy and safe.
• Help with post-sale cleanup and preparing the property for client review.
