Job summary

Caring Transitions of East Denver is seeking an Estate Sale and Relocation Team Member to support estate sale, relocation, and cleanout projects. You will collaborate with the Team Lead and teammates to assist clients through downsizing and moving processes in a thoughtful, client-focused manner.

You will contribute to a welcoming environment, handle item organization, packing, and transportation tasks, and participate in efficient project completion while maintaining safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a welcoming and warm work environment and go above and beyond in service of the client.
• Assist the team in organizing and sorting household items for distribution, liquidation, donation, resettle and move.
• Maintain high packing standards to ensure belongings arrive safely at the destination.
• Assist with loading of the moving truck safely and efficiently.
• Report incidents or accidents promptly to the Team Lead or Manager.
• Support the Team Lead to ensure projects run with precision from start to finish.
• Perform other duties to support clients, team, and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a project-based, hands‑on position supporting our estate sale, relocation, and cleanout services. Estate Sale and Relocation Team Members work closely with the Team Lead and other team members to help clients through downsizing, relocating, online estate sales, and cleanout projects.

• Contribute to awelcoming and warm work environmentand going above and beyond in service of the client
• Assist theTeam in the organizing and sorting of household items for distribution, liquidation, donation, resettle and move
• Maintain high packing standards to ensure clients’ belongings are handled carefully and arrive safely at their final destination
• Assist with the safe and efficient loading of our moving truck
• The accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and/or accidents to the Team Lead or Manager
• Supports theTeam Lead to ensure projects are run with precision and efficiency from start to finish
• Perform other responsibilities as needed to support our clients, team, and projects

Physical & Transportation Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs., as well as move, transport, place, and remove household items for relocation, estate sales, donation, and resettling
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally climb stairs while working in a variety of indoor, outdoor, and weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from client job sites and our warehouse in Denver’s Central Park area
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive our 15-foot box truck is not a requirement but a huge asset (no CDL required)
