This flexible part-time role keeps you active and away from a desk, helping families through downsizing, packing, resettling and estate sales with compassion and care. Hours vary with seasonal demand and project availability, making it ideal for retirees, parents, students, or anyone seeking extra income.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stay active and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly in changing environments with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle household items
• Assist with downsizing, cleanouts, and estate sales
• Photograph and describe items using a smartphone or tablet
• Help stage, sort, label, and prepare items for resale
• Work closely with a team while also being self-motivated and dependable
