Caring Transitions of Northampton & Sturbridge is seeking an Inventory & Relocation Specialist to manage estate liquidations, online auctions, and senior relocations. You will inventory, organize, pack, and transport belongings, while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of company property and equipment.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory management, packing, or relocation services preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a smartphone and have decent understanding of how to take photos.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to various job sites.
• Basic knowledge of tool and equipment maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: conduct thorough inventories of clients' estates and document items for sale or relocation.
• Packing and Organizing: safely pack, label, and organize items for transport or sale.
• Property Clean-Outs: assist in decluttering and cleaning properties and preparing spaces for sale.
• Relocation Assistance: support seniors during relocation with compassionate service.
• Physical Labor: lift and move items up to 50 pounds safely.
• Maintenance Duties: keep tools, vehicles, and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate tasks with team members for smooth service delivery.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, professional interactions and address client concerns.
