Job summary

Caring Transitions is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Field Operations Specialist to support our field and warehouse activities. You will handle moving and logistics, set up and clear out estate sales, maintain warehouse inventory, and assist management to ensure projects run smoothly and respectfully.

Responsibilities include heavy lifting, estate sale setup/tear down, inventory support, project delivery, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy items and perform physical labor daily.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Available to work 30–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Heavy lifting, logistics, moving items and packing materials.
• Estate sale setup and teardown tasks.
• Warehouse inventory maintenance and organization.
• Transport and set up items for projects and events.
• Maintenance tasks around warehouse and on-site locations.
• Sort, pack, and prepare items for removal, donation, or shipping.
• Assist owners and management to keep operations running smoothly.
