Job summary

WizeHire, Inc is seeking an Estate Administration & Probate Paralegal who thrives on bringing order to complex cases, guiding estates through probate, and coordinating with Clerks of Court, banks, and CPAs to ensure filings and distributions are accurate and timely.

You will work directly under the supervision of our attorneys, with coordination from our Legal Production Case Manager to oversee workflow across Estate Planning, Probate, and Fiduciary Litigation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on probate experience with ownership of a probate caseload.
• Experience coordinating with Clerk of Court, financial institutions, and CPAs.

Responsibilities

• Guide estates through probate, ensuring filings, inventories, and distributions are accurate and on time.
• Work closely with attorneys and coordinate with the Legal Production Case Manager across Estate Planning, Probate, and Fiduciary Litigation.
• Support a probate-focused caseload within a fast-growing firm.
