Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in California with good standing.
• Ability to lead in-person client meetings.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Typing proficiency of 50+ wpm.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to identify legal needs and concerns.
• Independently manage court-supervised trust and estate matters from start to finish, including preparing petitions and making court appearances.
• Advise clients on public benefits planning.
• Draft comprehensive estate plans, including Revocable Living Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, and property transfer documents.
• Participate in business social activities and presentations that generate new clients and professional relationships.
• Perform various administrative functions related to case management.
