You will advise fiduciaries, draft complex instruments, and handle state/federal tax matters while supporting administration of estates and trusts. The role emphasizes building a portable book of business and contributing to a leading trusts and estates practice, with a hybrid remote work option and competitive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sophisticated estate planning, probate, trust administration, and tax-oriented planning.
• Active WSBA membership required (WA).
• Portable book of business and ability to develop and retain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies, including wealth transfer and tax-efficient gifting.
• Draft and implement advanced estate planning documents (wills, trusts, ILITs, GRATs, IDGTs, SLATs, LLCs).
• Provide guidance on federal/state tax issues (estate, gift, GST).
• Represent personal representatives and trustees in probate/trust administration and filings.
• Collaborate with litigators where needed and maintain client service standards.
