Handler Law, LLP is seeking a dedicated Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to assist attorneys in all stages of estate planning and probate matters. The role requires a solid understanding of court procedures and meticulous attention to detail.

The successful candidate will draft estate planning documents, handle probate administration, conduct legal research, and coordinate with clients and court personnel. In-office Chicago location with competitive salary and benefits.

• Proven work experience as a paralegal in estate planning or probate is required.
• Strong knowledge of probate court procedures and rules.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Assist attorneys in drafting estate planning and probate documents.
