Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of estate planning and probate administration experience, including drafting wills and trusts, and handling real estate transactions. The role includes leadership participation, marketing, and growing client relationships.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school with strong academics.
• 3–5 years of estate planning and probate administration; some transactional experience.
• Understanding of probate court procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and time/project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the litigation and domestic relations departments.
• Become part of leadership within the firm.
• Participate in marketing strategies and efforts.
• Handle real estate transactions (purchase agreements, land installment contracts, leases, deeds, easements).
• Handle probate and trust administration issues.
• Independently manage assigned cases and docket.
• Provide timely and professional communications to clients.
• Pursue business development and client relationships.
