Job summary

Limitless Law PLLC, based in Bellingham, WA, seeks an associate attorney for a hybrid role with a focus on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, plus real estate and business matters. You will have client contact from day one and a mentoring path toward ownership.

The position emphasizes diverse client planning, mentorship with the firm owner, and a flexible hybrid schedule with regular office time in Bellingham.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of estate planning or probate experience.
• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing, or eligible for admission in Washington.
• Strong drafting skills and comfort with clients in sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from intake through completion.
• Draft and advise on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and community property agreements.
• Handle probate filings, creditor claims, inventories, and distributions, and advise personal representatives and trustees.
• Handle related real estate and business matters, including deeds, purchase and sale agreements, and entity formation.
