Limitless Law PLLC in Bellingham, WA is seeking an Associate Attorney to build a practice focused on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. You’ll gain direct client contact from day one and work with the owner for mentorship.

The role emphasizes learning, client service, and relationship-building in a flat-fee environment. Approximately 75% of work will be estate planning and probate, with the rest in real estate and business transactions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 years of legal practice with estate planning and probate preferred.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and managing client matters independently.
• Small-firm experience is a plus.
• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from intake to completion.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health directives, and related documents.
• Handle probate filings, creditor claims, inventories, and distributions.
• Advise trustees and personal representatives on estate and trust matters.
• Oversee related real estate and business transactional matters and client signings.
