Qualifications

• 3–4 years of estate planning and probate experience.
• Certification (or ability to obtain) to represent guardianship matters.
• On track for Board Certification, or an advanced degree (LLM) preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and case management software; aligned with firm goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related legal matters.
• Confident in presenting complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.
• Skilled at guiding clients through important decisions.
• Confidently manage your caseload with minimal supervision.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, court staff, and paralegals with clarity and respect.
• Nurture strong client relationships and consistently generate new business opportunities for the firm.
• Participate in firm-wide growth through mentoring, lunch-and-learns, and community engagement.
• Attend networking and marketing events (some evenings/weekends).
• Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals.
